TARGET GROUP - all BLM personnel that are issued an incident qualification card including dispatchers, firefighters, module leaders, Fire Management Officers, resource advisors, drivers and all fire camp and support positions, as per WO IM 2004-145.
COURSE DESCRIPTION - This course covers the BLM Equal Employment Opportunity rights and responsibilities, responsibilities of expected conduct and consequences of inappropriate behavior. Leadership and professionalism, doing the right thing as well as taking pride in the duties performed and acting with integrity and respect are emphasized.
